Terms of Service

NoorStudio is a software-as-a-service tool that helps creators research, plan and produce Islamic content using AI. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use NoorStudio. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and respect other users.
• Review and verify all AI-generated content before publishing.
• Ensure your use complies with applicable laws and platform policies.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or abuse the service.

NoorStudio uses AI models that may produce inaccurate, incomplete or contextually inappropriate output. You are solely responsible for fact-checking, scholarly review and editorial decisions before publishing any content generated through the service. NoorStudio is a production tool, not a religious authority.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices and plan limits may change with reasonable notice.

You may not use NoorStudio to generate or distribute content that:

• Disrespects the Prophets (peace be upon them), the Sahabah or sacred figures.
• Promotes sectarian hatred, violence, extremism or terrorism.
• Is sexual, exploitative, harassing or harmful to minors.
• Misrepresents Islamic teachings or fabricates ahadith.
• Infringes intellectual property or violates the law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

You retain ownership of the inputs you submit and, subject to these terms, of the outputs generated for your account. NoorStudio retains all rights to the platform, prompts, methodology, brand and underlying software.

We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoorStudio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, content, revenue or data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using NoorStudio at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if continuing the service is no longer feasible.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating NoorStudio. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
