Terms of Service

By accessing or using NoorStudio (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.

NoorStudio is an AI-powered Islamic content research and production platform. We provide tools to help Muslim creators generate scripts, hooks, scene prompts, thumbnails, captions, hashtags, and related content.

NoorStudio is a productivity and research aid, not a religious authority. All AI-generated output should be reviewed, fact-checked, and validated by qualified scholars or trusted sources before publication or public use.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You may use NoorStudio only to create authentic, respectful, and lawful Islamic content. You agree not to use the Service to generate, publish, or distribute content that:

• Disrespects the Prophets (peace be upon them), the Sahabah, or sacred figures.
• Contains hate speech, sectarian abuse, incitement to violence, or extremism.
• Is sexually explicit, exploitative, harassing, or harmful to minors.
• Misrepresents Quranic verses, ahadith, or Islamic scholarship.
• Fabricates religious sources, historical events, or scholarly opinions.
• Infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable law.

We may remove content, suspend features, or terminate accounts that breach these rules. Violations may result in the forfeiture of any paid subscription period.

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the content generated for your account. You may use, edit, publish, and distribute your generated outputs in accordance with these terms.

NoorStudio retains all rights to the Service itself, including its software, prompts, methodologies, branding, and underlying technology. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or resell the Service or its outputs as a competing product.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing or plan limits with reasonable notice. All billing is handled by our payment processor; we do not store complete payment card details.

You may stop using NoorStudio and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, without notice, if you breach these terms, misuse the Service, or if providing the Service becomes commercially or legally impractical.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoorStudio is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, data, or content. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 if you did not have a paid subscription.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NoorStudio operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Service will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
