Privacy Policy

NoorStudio ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered Islamic content production tool at noorstudio.dev. This policy is written to align with the GDPR and UK GDPR principles of transparency, data minimisation and user control.

When you sign up we process your email address and an authentication identifier. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile image from Google. We use this data only to operate your account, secure it and contact you about the service.

Topics you submit and content NoorStudio generates for you (scripts, scenes, thumbnails, hashtags) are stored to power your history, allow re-runs and improve reliability. Your generations are private to your account. We do not sell them and we do not use them to train third-party foundation models.

To generate content we send your topic and parameters to vetted AI model providers. These providers act as data processors, may temporarily process your input to return a response, and are bound by their own data-processing terms.

We use a minimal set of cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and preference cookies for things like theme. We do not use advertising cookies.

We collect aggregated, privacy-preserving usage analytics (e.g. pages viewed, feature usage, error rates) to improve the product. Where required by law we ask for consent before loading non-essential analytics.

Subscription payments are processed by our payment provider. We receive only the information required to fulfil and support your subscription (plan, status, billing email, last four digits of the card). We never store full card numbers.

Account and generation data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account and generations at any time from the account page. We retain limited records (invoices, security logs) only as required by law.

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Email privacy@noorstudio.dev to exercise any of these rights.

Our service and processors may be located outside your country. Where data is transferred internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
